Ewagita in Partnership with FAWE & MoEST strengthened school teachers from sengerema and kasulu district on school Guidence and counselling training held on 12th to 14th of october 2022 at Malaika beach resorts, mwanza. These schools were UNESCO Tusene youth safe spaces project beneficiaries to enable adolescent and young women in school to acces counselliing services to reduce violence against children in schools.

EDUCATION FOR YOUTH

In 2007, Tanzania achieved nearly universal access to primary education. However, since then, enrolment of primary school-aged children has been dropping. An estimated 2 million children between the ages of 7 and 13 years are out-of-school.
